What you get to do every day:
Design, architect, configure, deploy, upgrade and support various storage and backup platforms and associated management tools.
Diagnose and troubleshoot storage systems and other related technologiesAdhere to engineering and architecture standards and participate in technical review meetings as requiredParticipate in the evaluation, deployment, management, and integration of new technologies in alignment with other engineers, architects, and technical service lanesIncident support and participation in on-call rotation during off hours and weekendsCreate and maintain documentation:
logical/physical diagrams, run books and other technical engineering documentsConsistently demonstrate initiative and commitment to optimizing systems and processesOversee the Installation of new storage hardware and software according to standard operating proceduresOversees the updates to hardware, operating systems, and software as needed to provide required functionality and securityEnsures systems are monitored and statistics relevant to capacity, performance, utilization, etc.

years of related experience; or equivalent combination CompTIA Security
or similar for IAT Level II DoD 8570 certificationHands on engineering experience with NetApp and other storage technologies and concepts Experience with SAN, NAS and iSCSI storage implementations Experience with capacity planning and sizing storage and backup environments Experience in performance tuning and optimizing storage and backup environments Experience with data center migrations and storage replication technologies Senior level experience with design, development, implementation and maintenance of large-scale systems, preferably across multiple hardware platforms and data centers Strong understanding of high availability concepts with practical experience and implementation of key components in storage environment Strong understanding of fundamental hardware concepts:
disk, memory, CPU, NIC, HBA, firmware, RAID, performance concepts (I/O, paging, swapping, system calls), iSCSI, Fiber Channel, Ethernet Strong understanding of essential TCP/IP concepts:
TCP, UDP, ICMP, SMTP, SNMP, LDAP, DNS, NTP, etc.
Understanding of security best practices, federal hardening requirements (FISMA, STIG, etc.
) Proficient written and oral communication skills Strong collaborative attitude and ability to work in a team environment Ability to take direction What is ideal? NetApp Certification PowerShell/Python scripting experience Experience leveraging scripts to audit and enforce configuration standards Amazon Web Services / C2S experience Intelligence Community Experience preferred Recommended Skills Amazon Web Services Architecture Auditing Capacity Planning Cloud Computing Communication Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
