The Cybersecurity Office (TS) safeguards the NGA mission through collaborative, forward-leaning, and risk-balanced solutions to ensure trust in GEOINT services and data. The Cybersecurity Office (TS) assesses and conveys the level of Agency cybersecurity risk in the context of overall NGA mission goals and objectives. To achieve this, we establish the policies and procedures governing cybersecurity. The office prioritizes cybersecurity initiatives, integrates all cybersecurity solutions and facilitates the review and approval of all NGA cross domain services. TS implements the Risk Management Framework and other applicable national and community-level policies within the Agency, balancing risk to realize maximum performance. The Cybersecurity Integration Division develops and maintains cybersecurity plans, strategy and policy to support and align with organizational cybersecurity initiatives and regulatory compliance. The Cyber Business Intelligence lead is responsible for leading strategic business intelligence within the cyber mission space, ensuring effective cybersecurity awareness across Agency stakeholders on a wide range of cybersecurity matters to achieve overall mission objectives. The position involved the collection, normalization, analysis and reporting of disparate data sources to answer critical cyber security challenges. This position requires a broad comprehension of IT platforms, data sources, and analytic capabilities. Aggressive capture of multiple data types into centralized repository. Leverage IT Governance best practices and lessons learned of external organizations and academic institutions dealing with cyber issues. Analysis and reporting both verbally and written on Business Intelligence products. Design/integrate data platforms and visualization technologies. Monitor the rigorous application of cyber policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of planning and management services. Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of data sources, ingestion techniques and processes. Lead team of contractors in planning, prioritizing, and execution of BI. Understand technical and business requirements to develop tactical and strategic roadmaps to address and implement Business Intelligence within Cyber Security. Additional Application Requirement:

A. Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, Information Assurance, Information Science, Information Systems, Information Systems Management, Information Technology, Mathematics, Operations Research, Physics, Statistics, Technology Management, or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems, or networks. -OR- B. Combination of Education and
Experience:
A minimum of 24 semester (36 quarter) hours of coursework in any area listed in option A, plus experience in cyber-analytics, computer forensics, incident response, or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. As a rule, every 30 semester (45 quarter) hours of coursework is equivalent to one year of experience. Candidates should show that their combination of education and experience totals 4 years. -OR- C.
Experience:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in cyber-analytics, computer forensics, incident response, or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. -AND- LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Computer Network Defense Service Provider certifications (e.g., CND-A, CND-IS, CND-IR, CND-AU) and Information Assurance Management (IAM) or Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 1 certification must be obtained within 6 months. -AND- Relevant Competencies:
IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies:
Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:
In addition to the mandatory qualifications, experience in the following is desired:
1. Systems Engineering Experience. 2. Business Intelligence Experience. 3. Strong demonstrated desire to learn and grow knowledge in the field of cybersecurity. 4. DoD 8570.01M/8140.01 IAM Level 1 Compliant within 6 months in position. 5. Demonstrated experience or knowledge of applying cybersecurity analysis techniques, procedures, or tools to either identify, or analyze, or mitigate threats.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
